 This week we have the amazing Geoff Hoffmann in the hot seat with James Ciuffetelli as they talk about leadership, handling adversity, and aligning with strategic goals.

Geoff Hoffman is the CEO of Adstream North America.  He has led a fascinating career, where he’s had the opportunity to work in some of the most exciting realms of business.

He has spent his career in senior leadership roles in some of the largest and most diverse organisations both locally and globally and has a notable track record of building, restructuring, and driving global businesses and brands.
 

Geoff believes that self-awareness is a must-have attribute of a great leader. A leader should check in with his team and be sure they are pursuing what they set out to accomplish and aligned with the strategic goals. There’s no one size fits all, leaders should sort the best approach for the organisation.

In handling doubt and adversity, Geoff advises getting back to your principles and what you are looking to achieve. Get the noise out of your head and stay focused.
