EP038 Biology Before Behaviour | Maria Ruberto
Jul 14, 2021
James Ciuffetelli & Jo Hands

James Ciuffetelli has Maria Ruberto in the hot seat this week, talking about all things Biology, Behaviour and Building Resilience.

Maria is the founder and director of Salutegenics Psychology, a strengths-based practice that moves people in personal and professional coaching toward mental fitness and life-health.

Maria’s work is heavily influenced by Positive Psychology theory, which is the study of what goes right in life.

Positive Psychology seeks to understand what makes life worth living and how to make life better. People's behaviours are driven by their biology. If you don’t understand their biology, you never really understand them.

We are living in a time when mental health is being discussed more openly than ever before, and as a result, we’re starting to see a shift in the way we talk and think about it.

If you’re interested in learning more, consider joining James and Maria in their conversation.
